How are disputes resolved under this law?
The Cabinet Resolution provides a grievance mechanism for parties who have been subject to the administrative fines prescribed in Article 3. Any interested party may submit a written grievance to the Ministry against any administrative fine within 15 days from the date of being notified of the decision. The grievance must be reasoned and accompanied by supporting documents. The Ministry shall decide on the grievance within 30 days from the date of its submission, in accordance with the procedures in force at the Ministry.
