1. Eligibility

1.1 Applicants must be enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year law program at a recognized institution in India.
1.2 The applicant must demonstrate a strong interest in legal journalism, technology, and AI
1.3 Only one ambassador will be selected per institution, unless otherwise specified by Legal Wires or Lex Live.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

2.1 Ambassadors must actively promote Legal Wires and Lex Live within their institution through social media, peer engagement, and campus events.
2.2 Ambassadors are responsible for forming and managing a Legal AI Society on their campus, ensuring consistent activity and engagement.
2.3 Ambassadors must submit a monthly report detailing their activities, including promotional efforts, events organized, and outcomes achieved.
2.4 Ambassadors are expected to act in a professional manner and uphold the reputation of Legal Wires and Lex Live.

3. Benefits and Rewards

3.1 Ambassadors will receive a certificate of recognition upon successful completion of their tenure.
3.2 Outstanding performance will be rewarded with additional incentives, including internships, scholarships, or monetary rewards.
3.3 Ambassadors will gain exclusive access to premium webinars, workshops, and AI tools offered by Legal Wires and Lex Live.
3.4 Legal Wires and Lex Live reserve the right to modify rewards based on the ambassador’s performance and program objectives.

4. Termination

4.1 Legal Wires and Lex Live reserve the right to terminate an ambassador’s role if they fail to fulfill their responsibilities or breach any terms outlined herein.
4.2 Ambassadors may voluntarily terminate their involvement by providing written notice and ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.

5. Use of Name and Branding

5.1 Ambassadors are authorized to use Legal Wires and Lex Live branding materials for promotional purposes as per the guidelines provided.
5.2 Any misuse of the brand, logo, or materials will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Ambassadors must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Legal Wires or Lex Live.
6.2 Sharing confidential information without prior written consent will result in immediate termination and legal action.

7. Liability

7.1 Legal Wires and Lex Live will not be held liable for any personal loss, damage, or injury incurred during the ambassador’s tenure.
7.2 Ambassadors are expected to exercise reasonable caution and adhere to institutional policies while executing their responsibilities.

8. Amendments

8.1 Legal Wires and Lex Live reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of significant changes.
8.2 Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Acknowledgment

By submitting the application form, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
