Any person with a capacity and interest may submit a grievance to the competent authority against any administrative penalties imposed against them within 10 working days of being notified of the contested resolution. The grievance must be reasoned and accompanied by supporting documents. The competent authority must decide on the grievance within 10 working days of its submission, in accordance with the procedures in force at the authority.
