NEWS: Yo Yo Honey Singh accused of Domestic Violence against his Wife

Tis Hazari Court Delhi issued notice to the Bollywood singer Honey Singh in a domestic violence complaint filed by his wife.

The court passed an interim order in favor of his wife Shalini Talwar, restraining Honey Singh from disposing jointly owned property, Stridhan and etc.

It has been alleged by his wife that Honey Singh and his family have been in possession of her Stridhan and were likely to misappropriate the entire amount.

She submitted that she had been living in complete fear from him and his family as they constantly threatened her with mental, physical, emotional, sexual, and economic violence.

Therefore, she prayed for protection orders, compensation, and interim orders under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 Act from the court.
