NEWS: UP Judge injured in car accident says “it was an attempt to kill him”

Soon after the incident of vehicle ramming Jharkhand Judge Uttam Anand leading to his death, now another judge from Uttar Pradesh Mohammad Ahmad Khan Additional District Judge posted in Fatehpur has filed a complaint alleging that he was deliberately hit by an SUV ramming into his vehicle to which he has suffered injuries.

The incident took place when he was returning to Fatehpur from Prayagraj.

The judge in his complaint said that one of his litigants had recently threatened him of dire consequences after he rejected the bail application filed by that person.

An FIR has been registered and the matter is being investigated.
